Action packed weekend

So my weekend started off by one of my best friends giving birth! Shauna (Smith) went in Thursday night to be induced and it was a long journey after that! But, she delivered a beautiful, healthy little girl, Sienna Shane, Friday night at 8:07 p.m. Lindsay, myself, and another friend of Shauna's had the pleasure of listening at the door to hear the little girl's first cries and it was great! Shauna did soooo awesome and Sienna looks just like her daddy-lots of black hair! They got to go home today and I am sure all is well now at the Smith household with the new addition.

Then, Saturday night, I was able to hang out with a group of girls that I haven't probably been with since high school. We all became friends in the youth group at North Cleveland in middle school and we were EXTREMELY mischievous!! Soooo... we spent most of the night reminiscing about every awful thing we did at church, youth camp, mission trip, etc. It was Hilarious! The group was Kristie Carver (finally out of the air force, and about to head back to school at UTC), Mel Vining (who catches shoplifters at the mall now-love it!), Amy Hess (who is almost officially a Doctor! yay Amy!), Emily German Hibbs (a chemist now at Schering Plow), and then myself. :o) We realized we probably have some of the best memories together and still, definitely, know how to laugh at and with each other. We are all very different and especially in different places in our lives but it was awesome to be together. SHOUT OUT to Old School NCCOG! Gotta love the Power Zone!!! ;o)
