This is my Phnom Penh video footage. I didn't do a fabulous job here, but it's still worthwhile. We visited the Poverty Reduction "neighborhood" (with all the naked babies and very skinny animals running around). PCL is slowly building new homes for these people and they also have a learning center smack dab in the middle of the neighborhood! Notice the computers and sewing machines. We also visited a new PCL learning center as well as a playground PCL built. It's only about 2 1/2 minutes long.
