All Because Two People Fell in Love

Weelll..... after a 3 hour nap today I shall blog about the fun weekend wedding festivities!

First of all, let me say how glad I am that I do not have to endure another week like last week. Thus why I barely blogged. =) It was too much at one time and this week should be much better... already looking forward to it and cooked for myself tonight even!

My cousin Whitney (Garmon) got married this weekend to Nathan Meyer and it was full of action and excitement! Whitney and Nathan met at Belmont University and they were both musical theatre majors. So0o.... they live for doing shows and being on the stage and so do all of their friends!

My mom and I were the "directors" and we were quite the dynamic duo! It would have been way too hard to do by myself. Everything worked out wonderfully and it was beautiful! The musicians were FABULOUS (they were from Belmont of course) and the reception was ridiculously gorgeous and yummy! (Special thanks to Adam Lewis from the Bistro for being so helpful and professional!)

I'm always one to dance it up and have fun at weddings and this one was no different. I do have to say though... their dancing was sooo ridiculously good that I was in pure awe! All of these theatre kids from Belmont were there (even a girl who tried out for So You Think You Can Dance) and they were unbelievably entertaining! The DJ played a Grease number and it was like they all went into performance mode and knew exactly what to do. Then when Thriller came on it was perfect choreography. My heavens... I think they just must do that on a regular week day in their living rooms. Oh to live such a life...

Anyways... hopefully I can get a video up of all of it soon but it was great! Back to the real world!

Thanks so much Abbie for all of you work with the wedding - it couldn't have happened without you. I'm so glad it turned out the way it did. Some of those pictures of you with fam and friends are amazingly hysterical!
