and this is why we have girlfriends....

I had dinner with 2 of my bf's tonight.... and then talked to another one on the drive home and it's amazing what some good girl talk will do for you.

If only to remind you that you're not crazy... and that it's ok to have feelings of angst about someone... or your job.... or be upset over something petty. Because when you're done having good girl talk it's a great reminder that you are normal and so many other females feel the same way.

And the best is when you tell your girls new information, and they had the same reaction as you did to some stupid event. "WHAT?!!? Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I swear.... I could kill him..." (or her for that matter) "That's ridiculous... people are so stupid." ahhhhh.... and then you think.... "This is why I love these girls and they are my best friends." =) and then to switch to something so sentimental that makes you cry in the Panera booth is also what makes girlfriends so fabulous. They always remind me I'm not that off base about life...
