ok ok ok. Last Tuesday was a bad running day. They've improved since then. After forcing myself to CHILL OUT about this whole thing, I ran my long run, 8 miles last Friday-Good Friday. =) I had to walk a few times, and of course, I'm as slow as molasses but I still felt accomplished.
I guess there are just good and bad running days. I am getting my ankle/shin checked out tomorrow so maybe the doc will be able to shed some light on the intense, chronic, never ending pain I always have in my right leg.
